Seniors, Back-up Your PUSD Google Account Data by November 1

PUSD Google accounts will no longer be active or accessible after graduation. It is important to back up any data you want to preserve. Allow yourself plenty of time to do this, as it can be a lengthy process depending on how much data you will be backing up. High school seniors will have until November 1 of their graduation year to access their pleasantonusd.net student accounts.

One of the best ways to back up your PUSD Google data is to use Google Takeout to transfer it to a personal device or a hard drive with enough space. For more information, please review this documentation

Backing up Your PUSD Google Data for Graduated Students

Additionally, any external accounts (such as college applications, subscription services, or other logins) that are associated with your PUSD student email will not be recoverable using this email after November 1. Be sure to update those accounts with your personal email address before this date.

Transfer Ownership to Teachers: For any Google Workspace files (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites, etc.) you created for teachers, be sure to transfer ownership to the teacher.
