Seniors, Back Up Your PUSD Google Account Data

PUSD Google accounts will no longer be active or accessible after graduation. It is important to back up any data you want to preserve. Allow yourself plenty of time to do this as it can be a lengthy process depending on how much data you want to back up. You will have until November 1st of your graduation year to access your pleasantonusd.net student accounts.

One of the best methods to back up your PUSD Google data is using Google Takeout to transfer data to a personal device or hard drive with enough space.

Additionally, any external accounts (such as college applications, subscription services, or other logins) that are associated with your PUSD student email will not be recoverable using this email after November 1st. Be sure to update those accounts with your personal email address before this date.

After November 1st of your graduation year, your student account will be deactivated and permanently deleted. Once this occurs, the account and all its content cannot be recovered.
