Action Items Prior to August 10
● Athletic Clearance - Athletes must be Cleared by FHS prior to August 10th.
Returning Players must complete a NEW clearance every year and have a Yearly
Physical (pro tip #3457, if you even think there's a possibility your athlete may try out
for winter and spring sports - check ALL possible sports now - saves time). You will
receive an email from the school once you are officially cleared.

● Team Donation - For your convenience we have several ways to submit. We will have a
parent collect checks in mid August. Or you can turn into the Office (Please make sure to
write GIRLS polo on them), or pay online - See info at the end of this email.
Do not submit donations through the Athletic Clearance site since they take 5% of the
money. Donations should go through the online store for Foothill (using MySchoolBucks
or Future Fund). https://foothill.pleasantonusd.net/activities-athletics/store
Athletic Teams Donations - Girls Water Polo
● Volunteer Clearance for Volunteering and Drivers - Please complete ASAP as it
takes awhile to get cleared - We do have several AWAY games. Unless you plan to
drive your own child to every Away Game/Tournament - Plan to get cleared to help as
needed. If you need rides for your child we also ask that you help drive others when able
(possibly Saturday tournaments). Volunteer and Drivers Clearance

Driver's Clearance (This is Crucial): Transportation to Away games in the past have relied on PUSD-cleared parent drivers (i.e. no team buses).
